Lights.Camera.Help. is a non-profit film festival held annually in Washington, D.C. The festival began using SCHED* in 2009 to help manage the online schedule of events and provide attendees with a mobile solution. In addition to being a valuable resource for attendees, Aaron Bramley, the Director & Co-Founder used SCHED* at each event, "...to tell myself when it was time to get up to speak and what films were coming next."
Hollyshorts decided to use SCHED* after evaluating several options based on budget constraints. SCHED*'s solutions fit nicely within their price range and they found the software incredibly useful for film festivals. They used the ability to attach film poster images to the event schedule as a way to aid in film discovery. Since the organizers found SCHED* so simple and reliable, they turned schedule management duties over to a college intern who processed schedule updates with ease.
